Today, June 13, we headed out for a 6-hour morning fishing charter, and despite it being Friday the 13th, luck was definitely on our side. We departed at 7:00 AM and enjoyed a productive morning on the water.
The bite was strong, with multiple mahi-mahi landed using both live bait and artificial lures while trolling. The action was steady and kept everyone on their toes.
Although sargassum has picked up along the shoreline, it hasn’t affected the offshore catch. Conditions were a bit choppy with some clouds and light rain, but that didn’t stop the fish—or the fun.
It was a great day on the water, full of energy, fresh catches, and proof that Friday the 13th can bring plenty of good luck when you’re fishing!
